For Some Of The Calls OCCAS Disgarding 200 OK Message Not Proxy Back (Doc ID 2882670.1)

There are two sites with two OCCAS nodes in cluster and one Admin sever. These OCCAS servers are communicating with CFCFs. On top of the OCCAS there is application which is working in non Record-Route scenario. So after OCCAS receive 200 OK it proxies it back to the CSCF and leave the call.

But it's noticed that for some of the calls 200OK messages are not proxy back. And even not being printed in the application log. User also can't find them or some related error in the OCCAS log.
From the traces this messages arrived to the servers, but it look like OCCAS service is discarding them silently.
