'Table STG_INSTRUMENT_CONTRACT_MASTER Is Part of an Existing Extract/Definition' Generating FTP Source

Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
In an environment where FTP 8.1.x is the only application installed, you are unable to generate Data Source in Data Management Tools > Data Source. When attempting to save the data source for the first time post model upload, you get the errors below:
 Edit failed
 Error validating source model with the previous version
 Check /<FTPSHARE>/<INFODOM>/dmt/source/STAGING/log/STAGING_SMG.log file for more details.
When checking the STAGING_SMG.log, the following error exists:

[22-06-22 21:05:02,683 GMT PM] [DEBUG] [<ADMIN USER>] [DMT] [SMGHandler]~[writeLog]~Table STG_INSTRUMENT_CONTRACT_MASTER is part of an existing Extract/Definition but doesnot exist in the new SourceModel.
[22-06-22 21:05:02,683 GMT PM] [DEBUG] [<ADMIN USER>] [DMT] [SMGHandler]~[writeLog]~So please delete or remove the table from the EXTRACTS DEFINITION
As a result, you cannot update the data mapping extracts in this data source.
