Symptoms

Agile Application Managed Server went down with stuck thread and IO Error: Connection reset by peer, Authentication lapse 0 ms in managed server log when the PX (Process Extension) to export aXML using ACS (Agile Content Service) is running:

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the custom PX which will extract aXML file using ACS
2. Check the managed server log. See the error, and managed server is down. Refer to Note:1456651.1 for the location of managed server log
