Symptoms
With OFSAA Infrastructure 8.1.1.1, the system administrator has observed that, when using the "REST APIs for User Management from Third-Party IDMs", the return status does not always return a failure when an invalid value is used.
For example, if a non-existing User Id is input, the return status is not a failure status.
As a result, the system administrator does not know the user updates did not work.
