RENW Entry In PEND Status Not Updated After Reactivation In Membership Proc Table (Doc ID 2883107.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v3.2.0.0.0, DB Fields are not updated when Membership gets reactivated.

Scenario: Enroll, Terminate and reactivate a membership.
It seems DB fields do not get updated info and also it is not easy to confirm if it is a new membership or reactivated one.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
RENW entry remains in CNCL value after reactivation of the membership in CI_MEMBERSHIP_PROCESS table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
CI_MEMBERSHIP_PROCESS table should update the value to PEND instead of remaining in CNCL.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enrollment of membership
2. Terminate the membership with Term Date – 03312022
3. Reactivate the membership - Inbound msg for reactivation processed
  - Find that no new RENW entry for Memb_Process_Flg field with PEND status in Mem_Prc_Stat_Flag field
