Symptoms

When saving a case, after upgrading to v8.2.3.1, the carriage returns CHR(13) are adding additional characters in CASE_ACTIONS.DESCRIPTION field whether making any changes or not.

Get the same results using Chrome or Edge.

1. Find a case with CASE_ACTIONS.DESCRIPTION containing CHR(10) line feed only or remove CHR(13) from one already in DESCRIPTION
2. Open case in GUI and save
3. Get the error:

Error No: 301200101 Description: Please contact your system administrator.
