Symptoms

On : 12.0.3.0.0 version, Adv Call Svcs

Customer reports occurrence of 'ERROR: acsChassisRegisterEventHandler: Attempted to register more than MAX_CHASSIS_EVENT_HANDLERS on a single call!"' error on all Service Logic Controllers (SLC's).
