Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control Applications (NCC) 12.0.4.0.0 version, Prov IF

It is observed that, on every midnight (GMT), the PIprocess on the SMS internally performs some check on the currently connected users and logs the below Warning:

This warnings doesn't appear to happen if the PIManger debug is enabled.
