Tab Out Does Not Populate Values In Argus Screens

Goal
Tab does not populate values in Argus screens.
EXAMPLE:
1. Click on Case Actions> New.
2. Enter '=' within Initial Receipt Date and tab out, sysdate gets auto-populated.
3. Type 'LITER' in the Report Type and tab out , Literature DOES NOT GET auto-populated.
Instead a drop down gets displayed and Literature has to be selected manually.
4. Similar behavior observed in additional fields within the case form such as:
Gender, Age Units, Reporter Type, Outcome of event.
