Count In Workflow Routings Changes After Refresh

Symptoms
Workflow Routines tab shows different number of results after refresh.
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Display Preferences, set Preferred Start Page to Workflow.
2. User select pending dropdown in Workflow Routings to 30 days.
3. User navigates away from Workflow Routings.
4. User clicks Home button. The count in Workflow Routings is incorrect. It
does not reflect the 30 days period.
5. User clicks Refresh button, the count is now correct.
