Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a user is in CC instead of getting the proper email, users are receiving email in the HTML format. This is not happening all the times, but sometimes users are facing this issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Email should come in proper format even user is in CC.
