Symptoms

1)
RDC Onsite: 'Patient Data Report' / 'Blank Casebook Report' stay at 'SUBMIT_TO_RS' status.


2)
Reports Queue Manager (RQM): Following error shows for the PDR report that was submitted from RDC:

Error
The report terminated with error:
REP-501: The specified database cannot be connected

i.e.

 

Note: If it is not possible to access the RQM then see the following MOS document:  Report Queue Manager URL Fails with "REP-52262: Diagnostic output is disabled" (Doc ID 2166858.1)

 

3)
'C:\Oracle\Middleware\asinst_1\diagnostics\logs\ReportsServerComponent\[repServer]\rwEng-0_diagnostic.log' contains below errors:

REP-0501: The specified database cannot be connected
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

i.e.



4)
Graphic Patient Data Report for the same patient can be submitted from Oracle Clinical and runs/completes successfully.
