Symptoms

PROBLEM
-------------
MRP plan for Soft pegged parts is not considering Onhand with higher priority and instead pegging to the Purchase order or similar in supply.
We do have project assignment against these while we did checked if the source onhand had any part in it to play (removed projects from onhand and ran plan and still project was visible in plan for PO and OnHand.

We have several parts like this however unsure if it is only related to Soft pegging. (So far we have only found parts which are soft pegged in this situation)

STEPS
--------
ASCP (R) / Supply Chain Plan / Options
Unconstrained plan
Peg by demand priority with Reservation level - Planning Group and Pegging - Project-task
- Checked - use common supplier for project demands

ASCP (R) / Supply Chain Plan / Launch - Pick plan and submit

ASCP (R) / Supply Chain Plan / Workbench - query item and review results

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
The expected behavior is to peg current demand to onhand instead of future demands and PO will peg to future demands - not current demands
