Duplicate error when creating the Write-Off Request through the Upload Request Process 'C1-UPLRQ'.
The Upload Request monitor job(C1-UPLRQ) when processing the pending(Defer) Write-Off Request Upload Request and Write-off request creation is failing due to the system attempting to create a duplicate Write-Off request detail ID key in the session when processing the upload request.
