Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, Framework

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Update or Edit Existing SP Chars

1. Navigate to a Service Point with existing SP Characteristics
2. Note the number of Chars shown in the SP Characteristics Zone
3. Query the CI_SP_CHAR and D1_SP_CHAR to confirm the existing Chars
4. Select 'Edit' on the SP Characteristics Zone
5. Change the Effective Date and/or Char Value of a few Characteristics
6. Select 'Save'
7. Note the error message: 'The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed. Please try again.'
8. Refresh the SP Page and note the number of Chars shown in the SP Characteristics Zone. It should be different from what was observed in Step 2.
9. Query the CI_SP_CHAR and D1_SP_CHAR table. Observe that the Char Effective Date / Char Values no longer match in the CI table for those Characteristics updated in Step 5.

 A recent rollup that included Patch 30420465 was applied , but did not fix the problem outlined
