Notifications in DGW Logs Are Coming With Kafka Listener as False (Doc ID 2884862.1)

Goal

On 12.0.0.4.0 version of Diameter Gateway (DGW), the notification triggered in DGW logs are coming with Kafka listener as false even if the Kafka pod is up and running and able to consume the notifications. In on-prem environment where we were using Java Message Service (JMS) consumer, the JMS listener was coming as true.
