PARTITION_TIME Column Is Missing in InvalidRatedEvent (Doc ID 2885169.1)

Symptoms

One user is getting below error in rated event formatter (REF) since PARTITION_TIME column is missing in InvalidRatedEvent table in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) persistance.

The InvalidRatedEvent table is Out-of-Box table and since InvalidRatedEvent is missing in the table, the user is seeing below error message in the logs:
