Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Transaction legs incorrectly derived for pricing rules with pricing groups
When two pricing groups share the same pricing group rule code but different pricing group rule bill levels, it incorrectly derives transaction legs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When two pricing groups share the same pricing group rule code but different pricing group rule bill levels, it should derive legs for valid pricing group rule and skip the invalid one.
STEPS:
----------------------
1. Set up ASO customer, add Pricing group and pricing rules on bill group.
2. Complete the TFM set up.
3. Upload the transaction.
4. Execute the TFM batch’s.
