Goal

After upgrading from a 32-bit version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) or Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) to a 64-bit version, it has been observed that the runtime memory usage of each process has increased.
