Error 'ORA-00904: "<COLUMN NAME>": invalid identifier' When Upgrading Unifier and Deploying a New .ear File

Symptoms
While attempting to perform an upgrade on a Unifier instance and upon deployment of the Unifier ear file, errors similar to the following occur:
ORA-00904: "FIELD_TOOLTIP": invalid identifier
ORA-00904: "IPV6": invalid identifier
ORA-00904: "FULLNAME": invalid identifier
ORA-00904: "DEVICE_ID": invalid identifier
The following exception is also generated during server startup in the Unifier.log file:
[root] java.lang.Exception: JVM time zone (Region/CITY_1) does not match configured time zone (Region/CITY_2).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- The user takes a backup of their Unifier schema and imports it into another Oracle instance. When starting Unifier and attempting to login, the following error: "System not available. Please contact your system administrator." is received.
- The ORA-00904 errors are also seen in the Unifier.log file.
