SLR of Member Account Failed With Null Pointer Exception After Deleting Discount Sharing

Symptoms
After deleting a discount sharing group, and then passing a Spending-Limit-Request (SLR) to the member account, it is failing with null pointer exception.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create owner account (Login Account1)
2. Create member account (Login Account2)
3. Create discount sharing group
4. Process SLR for member account and usage and terminated - works as expected
5. Delete discount sharing group itself, data get sync to Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)
6. Send SLR to member account- it fails with null pointer exception
NOTE: The same works when the member is removed from the discount sharing group and discount sharing group left as it is.
