Symptoms

When the custom extension, Create/Update End User Location, responds to the application with the Generic Exception, createGenericException, the application is not able to handle it and gives the below error message
server encountered the following Exception:

java.lang.ClassCastException: java.util.ArrayList cannot be cast to java.util.Vector
