[ECM] Add Customer, Transaction, Event Manually Failed (Doc ID 2886311.1)

Issue no 1: Event type drop down is not displaying the data.

Simulation steps: Go to case details page->Event Details page -> Click on Add Event -> Click on Event Type Drop down-> no drop down values are present.

Issue no 2: User Supervisors have option to add manually customer, account. Where as - User Analysts don't have option to add manually customer, account.
