Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Adding or changing values on a Project Code intermittently causes the error "Unable to save changes. Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator."
FULL ERROR (Found in P6WebAccess Log File):

com.primavera.rest.common.exception.InternalErrorResponseExceptionMapper
java.util.ArrayList cannot be cast to java.lang.String
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to P6 Web
- Go to Administration > Enterprise Data > Project Codes tab
- Add or change a Project Code value to a Project Code
- Click Save
- Receive Error
