Set The Submitted Report Status Without The Submitted Date (Doc ID 2886454.1)

Symptoms

Issue:

There is the E2B that failed the transmission.

When setting the submitted status manually, system set the submitted status without the submitted date.

System should not set the submitted status without the submitted date.


Steps:

1. Go to Worklist > Bulk ICSR Transmit
2. Find the report that failed the transmission (For example, the red icon appears in EDI In)
3. Click the case# to open the case form
4. Go to the regulatory report tab
5. Find the report that failed the transmission

6. Click the status icon and then select "View Report Details"
7. Go to Routing tab
8. Press the [Route] button and then change the status to Approved
9. Press the [OK] button

10. Click the status icon and then select "View Report Details"
11. Go to Routing tab
12. Press the [Route] button and then change the status to Submitted
13. Press [OK] to the message "Reports that are not successfully transmitted can not be marked as submitted"
        

14. Press the [OK] button TWICE in the report details
       

15. The status icon shows as "Submitted" and the "Submitted" is a blank field
16. Click the status icon and then select "View Report Details"
17. In the routing tab, the "Current state" shows as "Submitted"

18. In the general tab, the "Date Submitted" is a blank field


System set the submitted status without the submission date.
