PriceEventExecution Error: Duplicate Records In Rpm_price_event_thread_exec Table (PS/PE)

Symptoms
On : 16.0.3 version, Batches
When attempting to run priceEventExecutionBatch, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.create a promotion to start on vdate and end on vdate +3, so the record goes to the RPM_CHUNK_CC_STAGE_PEE table;
2.Executed priceEventExecutionBatch/priceEventExecutionRMSBatch for activate the promotion;
3. Change the date to vdate +3
4. Run the job priceEventExecutionBatch to end the promotion and it will show error
NOTE:
After running the priceEventExecutionForChunkCCEmergencyEvents job, the PS record was deleted from the RPM_CHUNK_CC_STAGE_PEE table and the priceEventExecutionBatch ran without error.
