We found a duplicated cases on ECM with same transactions but with different customers that have a relation.
The created cases generated by same scenario and in different dates and this Senarion is a customer focus.
So is that a normal behaviour or not.
What if we need to prevent that, and generate cases only for the owner of the account not for other related customers?
