Users Are Unable to Download Files and Observed Error<DownloadRangeServlet:ERROR> Download request not found

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is unable to download an attachment on the instance where File Manager uses load-balancer and has configured "cookie-insert session persistence".
When user try upload an attachment, it works successfully but if the user try to download an attachment, it never downloads.
Below errors can be seen in the file manager logs:
com.agile.webfs.components.fileserver.FileServerDispatcher - Error java.lang.NullPointerException: null
<2021-07-07 03:09:35,366> <DownloadRangeServlet:ERROR> Download request not found
The error is observed in below location.
%AGILE_HOME%\Filemanager\logs\xxxx_stdout.log ( windows )
%AGILE_HOME%\Filemanager\logs\catalina.out ( linux/unix )
The steps can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Agile PLM
- Go to User profile and Attachment Tab.
- Select a file and click on Get/Open.
- Download file message is displayed but file will not be downloaded.
