Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, SCADA Summary

In SCADA Summary, entering a manual value causes any comments, that were created during an Inhibit, to be cleared out.

The expectation is to have the Comments and User name fields populated until the Inhibit is removed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select a point in SCADA Summary and apply Inhibit.
  2. Provide a comment while inhibiting.
The Comment and User fields are populated
  3. Now do a manual entry on the same point.
The manually entered value is applied to the point and the Comment and User fields should remain
