Can HTS Code be Applied after Purchase Has been Raised (Doc ID 2887232.1)

Symptoms

The customer has advised when raising purchase orders they do not have the tariff codes or HTS data available, and this data is only available later and has to be added later as a result.

Normally when creating a purchase order tariff code is info is defaulted from item to purchase order. However for the customer they don't have the tariff code when creating the purchase order for the item, later when they know tariff code they enrich item and add code and execute the batch nothing happens to purchase order however, and it remains without tariff code info.
