Symptoms

Apply Deal Online Throws Error "ORA-01403: no data found returned by program unit DEAL_ORD_LIB_SQL.INS_BUY_GET_INTO_CUT_OFF_COST"

Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------
1. Create a Buy/Get deal and approve it.
2. Create a purchase order from UI.
3. While in Worksheet state, "Apply the Deals". Note the below error occurs.

 "ORA-01403: no data found returned by program unit DEAL_ORD_LIB_SQL.INS_BUY_GET_INTO_CUT_OFF_COST"
