Unable To Configure Recovery REF In CNE Setup (Doc ID 2887337.1)

Goal

For recovery rated-event-formatter(REF) the siteName or clusterName should be configured as the remote site cluster name. But in the deployment yaml the following condition has been given which is wrong


So it is not allowing to create the recovery REF.

How to resolve this issue?
