ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The systems contain an Activity that does no Money movement.
However, the End Values tab for one of the Funds shows a drop in 0.0026 units.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Policy.
2. Open the details for the AnniversaryProcessing activity on 6/9/2021.
3. Observe from the Allocations tab that no Money movement is taking place.
4. Navigate to the Valuation Tab.
5. When viewing Begin Values, expand the Deposit Details for CTIVP T. Rowe Price Large Cap Value Cl 2 – Band 95
- You will see that the Deposit for 12/9/2020 has 0.0026 units and a Cash value of 0.00.
- However 0.0026 * 2.949395 = 0.007668427 which actually rounds to $0.01.
6. Navigate to the End Values, expand the Deposit Details for CTIVP T. Rowe Price Large Cap Value Cl 2 – Band 95
- You will see that the units for the Deposit on 12/9/2020 totally drop off the Policy.
- This causes accounting problems because there is a drop in 00.0026 units (which equate to $0.01) however there is no Money movement to balance out the drop in units.
