Programs – System Error For Ineligible Policy Status (Doc ID 2887829.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.8 version, Activity

The AsPlanProgramDefinition table contains configuration that controls the ability to Add or Maintain a Program based on the Policy Status.
When attempting to view the Program Screen on a Policy that is in a Status that is not allowed to Add or Maintain a Program, a system error is generated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Advanced Policy Search Screen.
2. Search for any Policy with a Status of FreeLook.
3 Select any Policy returned.
4. Attempt to navigate to the Program Screen.
