ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

5.6.1 Softrater - % of CPU time used by garbage collection keeps increasing causing Softrater stop

We are running 5.6.1 Softrater with HF5 in Policycenter Production. Percentage of CPU used for garbage collection kept on increasing and in 2 days it reached over 90%. Softtrater response time kept on getting worse, number of errors kept increasing - and we had to restart the JVMs.
