Display Tooltip on hover Dashboards having long description

We are implementing OUA 2.7.2.0 with CC&B 2.8 with OAS Version 5.5.0. We have many dashboards with having long descriptions like - Manage Products and Campaign - Billing but on dashboard, it shows ellipsis (…) when L2 labels having long descriptions.

Is it possible to display tooltip when user hovers on labels to make more meaningful to the end user. We tried with giving description under properties, but that is not showing as tooltip.
