Symptoms

While upgrading Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) from 7.5 to 12.0, unable to update both secondary database schemas - PIN02 and PIN03.
Upgrade the primary database schema finished successful without any errors.

Issue is same on both secondary database schemas.
