INVLD_TENDER_ENDING, Generates Error TRAN_OUT_BAL and the Transaction is Balanced in the RTLOG


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------

1. Create Rounding Rules
2. Generate Sales in XSTORE
3. Sales ends in xSTORE without differences
4. Generation of RTLOG with Reference 9 in Null
5. Load RTLOG in ReSA, generates error INVLD_TENDER_ENDING and TRAN_OUT_BAL
