On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Core Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upgrading from BRM 7.5 PS18 to 12 PS4. Discount is not applying correctly during billing, it is happening almost 30% of the times when run on upgrade environment.
NOTE: Issue is inconsistent.


 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Discount should get apply correctly to all accounts during billing like in older BRM version

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from BRM 7.5 PS18 to 12 PS4
2. Run billing.
