Error With Configuring InForm Study in DMW (Doc ID 2889009.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1, Data Management --> Study Configuration --> InForm Configuration tab, you enter information here and receive the following error messages:

DMW-###: Invalid InForm remote location (REMOTE_LOCATION_NAME) or study account (STUDY_ACCOUNT_NAME)
Error message (possibly from remote server):
ORA-20009: Not a properly configured study account. Mandatory tables or views are missing.
ORA-06512 at "<STUDY_ACCOUNT_NAME>.DMW_ACCESS", line 235
ORA-06512 at "<STUDY_ACCOUNT_NAME>.DMW_IA_UTILS", line 107
