Reference Date Time for Measurement on Field Activity Incorrectly Shifts during DST
You are seeing an issue with how the Reference Date Time for Measurement field on the Field Activity displays time during DST. This field will shift time an additional hour when the time passed into the field is already in local time. When this field is populated through field work completion, it provides confusion for the end user as to when the meter was read.
Example:
New meter is installed and read through field work completion at 10/12/2021 7:31AM local time
Field Activity Reference Date Time for Measurement field displays 10-12-2021 08:31AM
