Symptoms

Here is a normal call flow for OCCAS/AP as a B2BUA application platform.
A-party->SBC->OCCAS/AP->SBC->B-Party

It was found there was no Invite to be sent from OCCAS/AP to SBC on the 2nd leg.

The following error was seen in the log:
