Symptoms
When attempting to run a plan, the following error occurs in the Loader Worker

Record 328: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_SUPPLIES#, column ULPCD.
ORA-01854: julian date must be between 1 and 5373484
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation: Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Enter the necessary parameters to run the plan
