Symptoms

On ORMB v2.8.0.0.0, 'View Rule' UI performance is very poor. It takes very long time to display the rule details

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
'View rule' UI displays blank initially and after long time displays the rule details.
Performance of this UI is poor.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
Performance in this UI needs to be improved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to : Admin > R > Rule > Search > Select Rule Type dropdown then click on Search
2) Click on 'View' icon on one of the rule entry in result
