Institution Does Not Display In Codelist: Reporter Information When Institution Name Has An Apostrophe (Doc ID 2889520.1)

Symptoms

If the institution name has an apostrophe ('), this institution does not populate in Console > Codelist : Reporter InformationReporter Information.

Steps:

1. Go to Argus Console > Codelist > Institution
2. Add a new institution without apostrophe (') (e.g., ABC institution)
3. Save the configuration

3. Go to Argus Console > Codelist > Reporter information
4. Add a new reporter information and add the institution that created in step2
5. Save the configuration
6. Go to Argus Console > Codelist > Reporter information
7. Select the reporter that created in step4
8. Confirm that institution is populated in the "institution" section.



9. Go to Argus Console > Codelist > institution
10. View the settings for the institution that created in step2
11. Add an apostrophe (') in the institution (e.g., ABC's institution)
12. Save the configuration



13. Go to Argus Console > Codelist > Reporter information
14. Select the reporter that created in step4

In the Institution section, it shows as Institution (0) and the institution which contains an apostrophe (') does not display.
