First Dose And Last Dose Does Not Automatically Display In Product Details Section (Doc ID 2889542.1)

Goal

The dosage information with "Start Date/Time", "Stop Date/Time" etc have been configured in Case form > Products > Dosage Regimen section.

However, First / Last Dose fields in the "Product Details" section shows as "??-???-0000 00:00".

Why?
