Cross container receipts in SIM remain in error in the RIB.

When cross containers are received in SIM, the message remains in error in RIB since the message is made in two parts, it is worth mentioning that in version 16.0.3.9 this process was correct and it travelled to RMS, in the new version of SIM 16.0. 3.10 receipt messages get stuck in the RIB.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error from {call RMSSUB_RECEIVING.CONSUME(?,?,?,?,?,?)}: [E] BOL does not exist for Carton B0002, Distro No 2413.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SOCre Published to SIM for an Allocation
2. ASN Published for the allocation
3. In SIM Allocation Delivery is created and while receiving the allocation an unexpected item gets added to the container and SIM is trying to receive it. SIM adds the unexpected item/items to the allocation carton, and it creates a Transfer Document for WH to store Delivery. And publishes the transfer doc to RMS with SOStatus message.
4. Note Any over or under receive qty update to the unexpected item added or if any new items get added to the container will NOT be published.
5. Once the Receipt is confirmed, it will publish all details.
6. In SIM we can adjust the received transfer delivery after the receipt is adjusted.
