Goal

 Incorrect rating observed during bundle transition in an ongoing session.

Below is the scenario :

1. Create account with bundleA.
2. Start Session01, make 150MB usage and terminate the Session01.
3. Start Session02, make 100MB usage and keep the session active.
4. Perform transition from bundleA to bundleB in ongoing Session02.
5. Terminate the Session02 with 0 Used Service Units (USU) after the transition.

Timing of session02 :
Usage1     : Tue Apr 19 07:06:41 UTC 2022, Granted-Service-Unit (GSU) 100MB.
Usage2     : Tue Apr 19 07:06:46 UTC 2022, USU 100MB GSU 100MB.
Transition  : 2022-04-19T07:12:11Z.
Terminate  : Tue Apr 19 07:20:13 UTC 2022, USU 0.

Actual result :

Only around 60MB USU got used for rating which got debited from the new bundleB.

Expected result :

100MB USU should be completely consumed/rated.
