Affected Items Tab Item P2 List Attribute Is Grayed Out and Shows 'No Privilege' for Document Subclass Object

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Item P2 (Page Two) List attribute in the Change Order's Affected Items tab cannot be viewed showing 'No Privilege', even though the field is included in the Applied to fields of the Read privilege.
Affected Items that cannot view the Page Two List fields belongs to certain Document subclass.
Expected Behavior
Page Two List attributes in the Change Order's Affected Items tab can be viewed by the user who has appropriate privileges.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Web Client, and open the Change Object with Affected Items that belongs to the certain Document Subclass.
- Go to Affected Items tab. See Item P2 ListXX (XX to be replaced by the actual number. i.e. List01) field is grayed out. When moving the cursor over the field, tooltip shows 'No Privilege'.
- Log into Java Client as admin user, and go to Admin tab > Settings > User Settings > Privileges > Read, and locate the read change order privilege granted to the user.
- Check the Applied to field of the read change order privilege. See below field is included:
