Symptoms
For Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for Silver Springs Network, the Daily Read date/times and the On Demand Scalar Read date/times are not following the same logic when calculating the date/time to store in the database.
Without Time Zone
- Daily Reads display correctly on screen and in database.
- On Demand Scalar reads display some dates as shifted forward by an hour
With Time Zone
- Daily Reads display incorrectly on screen and in database.
- On Demand Scalar reads display correctly on screen and in database.
